1) Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
You’ll receive an email confirmation with your tracking number once your order has shipped.
If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be extended by 1–2 days. We appreciate your patience — our team takes care to package every order with precision and care.
2) Shipping Timeframes
Delivery typically takes 2–7 business days depending on your location and carrier.

Standard Shipping (U.S.): 2–7 business days

Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 1–3 business days (when available)

International Shipping: varies by destination, usually 7–14 business days
Note: Delivery estimates begin after your order has been shipped, not when it is placed.
3) Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected method.
Orders over a certain amount (set by promotions or offers) may qualify for free shipping — details will appear at checkout.
4) Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier system.
5) Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing checkout.

Vixon Essence is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to an invalid address, the customer will be responsible for reshipment fees.
6) Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once an order is marked Delivered by the carrier, the responsibility for loss or theft transfers to the customer.
If your package is missing after delivery, please contact your local carrier office or file a claim directly with them.
If your package is delayed or appears stuck in transit, contact us at theofficialvixon@gmail.com and we’ll assist you in tracking or filing a claim where possible.
7) International Shipping
We currently ship internationally to select countries.
Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their destination country.
We cannot control or predict these charges, nor are we responsible for delays caused by customs.
8) Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

We’ll investigate and offer a replacement or refund if applicable.
9) Order Changes or Cancellations
Because orders are often processed quickly, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations after your order is placed.
