1) Return Window
We offer a 14-day return window from the date your order is delivered, as confirmed by the shipping carrier.
To start a return, email theofficialvixon@gmail.com for approval before sending any items back. Returns sent without approval will not be accepted.
2) Eligibility & Condition
Because our products are personal care and cosmetic items, all returns must follow strict hygiene and safety rules:

Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with all safety seals intact.

Opened or used skincare items cannot be returned or refunded for sanitary reasons, unless there is a verified manufacturing defect.

You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
3) Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:

Opened or used beauty/skincare items

Final sale, clearance, or gift cards
4) Damages or Defects
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with:

Photos or an unboxing video showing the issue and the packaging
Once verified, we’ll replace or refund the affected item and provide a prepaid return label if needed.
5) Shipping & Responsibility

If returning due to change of mind or incorrect order, shipping costs are your responsibility, and the original shipping fee is non-refundable.

For approved defective or incorrect items, we’ll cover return shipping.

Use a trackable shipping method to ensure your return arrives safely.
6) Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval or denial.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to process the refund.

7) Exchanges
To receive a different product, please place a new order after your return is approved.
8) Refund & Abuse Prevention
To protect our business, we reserve the right to deny or limit returns if we detect:

Abnormal order patterns or fraudulent behavior
9) Allergic Reactions
Skin sensitivities vary by individual and are not considered product defects.
If unopened, you may return within 14 days. If opened, returns cannot be accepted.
10) Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order is marked Delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for theft or loss.
Please file a claim with the carrier if this occurs — we’ll assist where possible.
